We have groups starting every Fall and Spring
We have a three tiered system of groups. The groups build on themselves and are meant to be taken in order. It takes about a year and half to finish the groups, but people report the groups are what has helped them the most. Sometimes someone comes who has a significant amount of recovery already under their belt. In this case, we might consider moving them into the second group at the beginning. We have also been known to work with people who have a primary therapist outside our practice but want to be in our groups.We encourage you to call and set up a free consult if you are interested in the groups.
